So today I take this pic of a CMHA building across from Luteran Hosiptal in Ohio City. First I’m thinking what kind of quality of life can someone have in a place like this. Granted, public housing is better than the streets but there has got to be a better way. Especially with 5,000+ vacant homes in Cleveland. And the fact that the CMHA has got to be the most corrupt agency in NEO which is saying a lot considering the other crooked folks that “run the city” for their own (along with family and friends) benefit and profit.
